#Please note the site fee is all you pay. A deposit is taken here when registering, this is applied to your site fee invoice which will be issued after registering.
Site fees and preferences
Please review the 2025 festival site map. Simply choose your top 4 preferences, taking into consideration applicable site fees and mention your preferences in the registration form below. Sites will be allocated according to when the registration fee is paid. Please note all vehicles are 6×3 sites.
- Site numbers, types and cost
- Sites 1 – 7: vehicle sites $4500
- Sites 8 – 12: 3×3 marquee sites $2400
- Sites 13: Stage sponsor, contact organisers
- Sites 14: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 15: 6×3 or vehicle site $4500
- Sites 16: 3×3 marquee sites $2400
- Sites 17: Large activation space, contact organisers
- Sites 18: Vehicle site $4500
- Site 19 & 20: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 21: 6×3 or vehicle site $4500
- Site 22: 6×3 marquee site $4500
- Site 23-29: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 30: 6×3 marquee site $4500
- Site 31-37: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 38: Masterclass and Culinary stage sponsor, contact organisers
- Site 39 & 40: 3×3 marquee site $2400
Final Notes
- Registration Fee is not refundable after November 30th, if a vendor chooses to withdraw.
- Bump in is Friday 17th January 9am-6pm (preferred) or Saturday 18th January 7.30am-9.30am.
