Tasting and Service
The supply of liquor serving volumes:
- Beer and Cider – 300ml cups or up to 440mL cans
- Mixed Spirits/Liqueurs – no more than 30mL of spirits or liqueurs per cup
- Wine – 150mL
Inclusions
- 3×3 or 6×3 marquee for your site space(if required & only if selling alcohol)
- Site Power (must provide your own 25m tested and tagged lead)
- Refrigerated Storage
- Supply of cups (single use, branded festival cup)
- Promotion of your stall, business and preferred products via social media
Not Included
- Additional furniture (this can be arranged with our preferred infrastructure and furniture providers for the particular site location)
- Signage for your stall/ vehicle
- Stand decor or set up/ pack down
- Point of sale systems (handle your payments yourself – all takings are yours)
- Tap systems (these can be arranged with our preferred bar equipment provider for the particular site location)
- Handwashing facilities (generally a 5L water container and hand soap)
- Ice (can be purchased onsite)

#Please note the site fee is all you pay. A deposit is taken here when registering, this is applied to your site fee invoice which will be issued after registering.
Site fees and preferences
Please review the 2026 festival site map. Simply choose your top 4 preferences, taking into consideration applicable site fees and mention your preferences in the registration form below. Sites will be allocated according to when the registration fee is paid. Please note all vehicles are 6×3 sites.

- Sites 8 – 12: 3×3 marquee sites $2400
- Sites 13: Stage sponsor, contact organisers
- Sites 14: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 15: 6×3 or vehicle site $4500
- Sites 16: 3×3 marquee sites $2400
- Sites 17: Large activation space, contact organisers
- Sites 18: Large vehicle site $4500
- Site 19 & 20: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 21: 6×3 or vehicle site $4500
- Site 22: 6×3 marquee site $4500
- Site 23-29: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 30: 6×3 marquee site $4500
- Site 31-37: 3×3 marquee site $2400
- Site 38: Masterclass and Culinary stage sponsor, contact organisers

Final Notes
- Registration Fee is not refundable after November 30th, if a vendor chooses to withdraw.
- Bump in is Friday 16th January 9am-6pm (preferred) or Saturday 17th January 7.30am-9.30am.
